WalkthroughThe transcript parser now emits task-result turns for recognized OmO wake completions and retains task titles across transcript segments. The chat UI displays task calls and expandable completion cards with metadata and formatted answers. Translations, demo data, documentation, and tests are also updated. ChangesOmO Task Results

…ts result OmO reports a background task's end to its agent as a custom_message (omo-senpi:wake, display:false) carrying one senpi-task.completion per task. The transcript parser dropped it, so the chat showed nothing when a task ended and the agent's next work ran on in the same block. - server: parse the wake into a user-seat task_result part (title from the task call's task_summary, status, agent, model, duration, turns, tool calls, tokens, result cut at 16,000 characters); the newest page keeps the titles across its stretches, so a task that ends a prompt later is still named. - client: a card per wake, one row per task, its answer as Markdown on request (bare section tags such as <analysis> read as section names). - the task row reads the call's task_summary, and opened lists the tasks it starts with agent and prompt instead of raw JSON or a "task 1" checklist. - demo: the OmO pane shows a task call and two ended tasks.

…d polls, and reported once Review findings on devswha#477 (adversarial pass), fixed as maintainer commits: - ChatView: a task result's answer is mounted when its row is opened, not with the card. A wake can carry many tasks with answers up to 16,000 characters each, and every closed row used to mount its Markdown at once. - conversation.ts: a newest page that starts past the turn that started a task inherits the titles the earlier pages of the same stream learned, so the title survives the page advancing while the file is watched. The live turn is parsed with a copy of the title map: what it teaches is kept only once it settles, so a wake read before the call that names its task is titled the same on every poll and as a cold read of the same bytes. - transcript-records.ts: a task reported twice in one wake is one row (the later report), so the count is right and the rows' keys are unique. - omoTasks.ts: a fence opens after up to three spaces only, as the chat's Markdown reads it; a tab-indented fence line is text to both. Tests: a duplicate report, the page advance, the out-of-order wake and the tabbed fence; each fails on the previous head. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Thanks, this reads well and the real-session check is appreciated. Maintainer review done; CI on ed7f40d was green. I pushed one fix commit (3dce167) and merged main in, from an adversarial pass over the parser and the card:
Each has a test that fails on ed7f40d. Not changed: a completion whose Merging once CI on the new head is green. |
Its branch had appended the tab-strip sentence to the fonts entry under [0.3.50], which was released before #479 merged. The sentence is its own entry under [0.3.51] Fixed, and the 0.3.50 entry links #473 alone again. Bumps package.json and herdr-plugin.toml to 0.3.51 and moves the Unreleased notes under [0.3.51] - 2026-10-06, with the compare link. Raises the remote PC bundle to 18: #368 adds the `take-over` capability the bridge advertises, and #477, #483, #484, #485 and #486 change what the bridge reads (transcripts, prompts, process start times, a pane's Codex store), so a remote PC on bundle 17 keeps the old behaviour until its bridge is updated. Push the `remote-v18` tag and let the bundle workflow publish before running release.yml. …rompt that started it (#498) ## Summary #477's "keeps a task's title when the newest page moves past the turn that started it, while the file is watched" fails on macOS. On Linux CI it passes, but only by accident, so the feature it describes never worked. `liveTurns` passes titles on from an earlier page only when that page ended at or before the new page start (`kept.end <= start`). The page that held the spawning turn always runs past that start: it is extended to the newest turn start on every poll. So nothing was ever passed on. On Linux the test passed anyway because of the test that runs before it. That test writes a file starting with the same two lines, the "start it" prompt and the "Survey the repo" spawn of `st_1`, and its settled page ends exactly where this test's second turn begins. `afterEach` deletes the file, and ext4/tmpfs hands its inode to the next temp file, so the stream id (`dev-ino`) matches. The filter looked across all paths, so it took that dead file's titles. APFS does not reuse inodes, which is why macOS failed the test. The same cross-path lookup is also a real bug on Linux. A transcript that takes over a deleted one's inode can inherit that transcript's titles for task ids it shares. OmO ids like `st_1` repeat across sessions. ## Change - A new page takes the **nearest earlier page of the same file** (settled keys are `path\0start`). If that page ran past the new start, its turns before the start are parsed again, starting from the titles that page itself began with (`inherited`). That is usually one turn, since the page moves one prompt at a time. If the earlier page ended at or before the start, its titles are used as before. - Pages of other paths no longer count. ## Tests - The existing test now tests what it says on every OS. A new helper `pollPastFirstTurn` is shared by both tests. - New test "never titles a task from another file that had the same inode". It uses a hard link rewritten in place to reproduce Linux inode reuse on any system: a file that takes over another's inode must title `st_1` as a cold read does (`explore`). - On the old code, both tests fail on macOS. On the new code both pass, and the full unit suite passes on macOS: 1386 pass, 0 fail (`bun scripts/ci-tests.ts unit`, Bun 1.4.2). - `bun run typecheck` passes. 🤖 Assisted by [kilhyeonjun-harness](https://github.com/kilhyeonjun/kilhyeonjun-harness) ## Maintainer review A further regression now covers a whole page of prompts arriving between polls. Titles from the last observed live turn are preserved too; replay is bounded to bytes already observed, rather than scanning all skipped history. Transcript-page tests clear module caches between cases. All 48 conversation tests and the complete macOS unit suite pass (1,402 pass, 24 skipped), along with typecheck. --------- Co-authored-by: e2e <e2e@example.com>
